OFFENSE
Bulldogs head coach Taylor Barr says that while his team is a little young, he expects to see improvement this season. “We have a lot of guys returning on both sides of the ball,” he said. “We are still pretty young due to starting several freshman and sophomores last season, so we are very excited to see the growth in those guys.” Leading the offense at the quarterback position will be Ayden Fry (5-11, 175, Jr.). Ty Hoffman (6-4, 215, Sr.) and his group of linemen will be upfront protecting Fry. Running back Pakes Garnett (5-10, 175, Sr.) along with wide receivers Tracyn Eldridge (6-1, 155, So.) and Brayden Phillips (5-11, 155, So) will all three play impactful roles for the Bulldogs this season.
DEFENSE
On the defensive side of the ball, the team brings back experience to most positions. On the defensive line, Trisitn Wood (5-11, 225, Sr.) and Hayden Moore (6-0, 215, Jr.) will work to break through and get to the ball. The linebacker duo of Tyler Phillips (6-0, 165, Jr.) and Jordan Kimbrough (5-10, 155 So.) have put in work in the offseason and are ready to hit the field. Dawson Jones (6-1, 160, Sr.) and Levi Franklin (6-0, 150, Jr.) will be patrolling the secondary.
