Ada area girls basketball players to watch – Presented by Core Ortho

Sania Richardson – Ada

Sania is a solid basketball player and an even better teammate. She works hard but is always ready to help out a teammate whenever she can. She will be a key player for the Lady Cougars this season.

Alona Cooper – Byng

Alona is an extremely hard-working and talented player, but her greatest attribute is her character. She averaged 16 points a game last year as a sophomore and led the team in scoring on the way to the second round of Area. She plays fast and slow-pitch softball, and basketball and runs cross country along with being involved in just about every organization our school offers. Alona is the model of a student-athlete.

Chloe Summer- Davis

She has been a four-year starter on a pretty good team. She’s averaging a little over 10 points per game for her career. She has also been the team’s leading rebounder in her sophomore and junior year while playing guard. She does everything for the team, and she looks to have a huge senior year.

Mallory Reeves – Latta

Mallory is the kind of kid you love to root for. She is an undersized player but gives everything she has every time she steps on the floor. She is a leader and holds her teammates to a higher standard and pushes them to be their best.

Avery Ellis – Vanoss

Avery is a versatile player that can do a little bit of everything. She has some big shoes to fill this year, but she seems to be up for the challenge.

Kaylee Madden – Wayne

Madden has a good instinct for the ball. She is aggressive and willing to do whatever it takes for her team to be successful. And she is a good team leader.
