VYPE: what were your goals for this season and how did they go?
Braxton: My goals for this past season were to improve my game as much as possible and it went really well with me cutting my average strokes going down by 15 by the end of the season.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Braxton: My sport has taught me to keep my head in stressful situations.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Braxton: My favorite teacher is from 1st grade because I was a really shy kid and she helped bring me out of my comfort zone which still affects me to this day.
VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Braxton: The person that inspires me the most is my uncle who fought overseas in the marine core. The stuff that he tells me just inspires me to fight everyday because I know that I am blessed for the opportunity I am given everyday.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Braxton: The teammate that left the biggest impression on me was Wyatt Brown because he was a great person and him being gone now I feel like I have to try to be a better person every day.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Braxton: My favorite thing about the team is the fun that we have even being away from and how we know when to focus and get things done.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Braxton: I would choose Hawaii and I would bring my grandpa because he has never been and that is where he wants to go the most.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Braxton: I am passionate about my sport because it is a challenge every time you step onto a course and it never plays the same. It is different from every other sport and that’s what makes it fun.
