VYPE: What are your goals this season ?
Carter: My goals for this season are to improve my overall game and be a leader for my teammates.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Carter: Baseball has taught me nothing is guaranteed and the hard work you put in allows you to be ready for any obstacles you might face.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Carter: One of my favorite teachers is Mrs. Kelly Lowrance. No matter what she’s doing she will stop and help you. She always smiles and says hi while making sure to tell you to have a great day.
VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Carter: I am inspired by my mom. She has been a constant supporter of everything I’ve done and has been my best friend, while helping me achieve my dreams. I am so thankful for her.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Carter: One teammate that has left the biggest impression on me is Zac Carroll. Zac’s effort and encouragement never went unnoticed while he always made sure to smile and laugh.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Carter: My favorite part about being on the team is knowing I have coaches and teammates to push me everyday.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Carter: If I could go anywhere it would have to be the beach. I would take my brother with me because he always wants to go fishing.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Carter: I am passionate about baseball because it has allowed me to meet people all across the US and has taught me how to work hard everyday. I am grateful to be able to step on the field.

Carter: Just wanted to say thank you to my parents for helping me push myself and shaking me how I’m supposed to work, and my coaches for pushing me to the limits everyday.
