STRATFORD BULLDOGS
GIRLS
Coach: Mark Savage
20-21 Record: 19-5
With several returning starters back for the Lady Bulldogs, head coach Mark Savage is looking forward to getting this season started based on the talented roster and the amount of experience he has this season. “This team is motivated for an outstanding year,” said coach Savage. “Four starters return after getting close to the state tournament the last two years.” Jaedyn Getman (6-0, Sr.) averaged 20.2 points, and 8.5 rebounds last year. Getman is a four-year starter and should finish her career as a four-year All-Conference player. Coming into her final season, Getman has over 1,300 points and is considered a top player in the area. Lundyn Anderson (5-4, Jr.) returns at point guard where she averaged 6.0 points and 4.0 assists per game as a sophomore. Anderson is an excellent shooter and can handle the rock. Kourtney Willingham (5-9, Jr.) has outstanding quickness and is a great defender. Post player Morgan Boyles (5-10, Jr.) averaged 4.0 points and 5.0 rebounds last year and has high expectations coming into the new year. Grace Wright (5-8, So.) is a young forward who has improved her game over the last year. Other players to watch include Shawnda McMillan (5-7, Jr.) at guard, Rai McMillan (5-6, Sr.) at guard and Launa Raymo (5-7, So.) in the paint. Raymo is a physical player with a high ceiling. Ashlyn Patrom has fought through injuries and is willing to do whatever it takes to help the team win.
