VYPE: What do you enjoy most about your sport?
Jace: The competitiveness and the rush of running.
VYPE: What made you decide to start playing your sport?
Jace: My brother made me do it and I ended up not too bad at track.
VYPE: What is the biggest lesson you have learned from your sport?
Jace: The harder things get, the closer you are to your goal.
VYPE: What do you do to lead your team?
Jace: I am encouraging.
VYPE: What advice would you give to someone who wants to play your sport?
Jace: If people tell you to try it, you should. Work hard, your goals will come.
VYPE: Who is your biggest role model?
Jace: My Brother, Jacobie Lacy Jr.
VYPE: What else are you involved in outside of athletics?
Jace: student council, agriculture activities, church.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Jace: Getting to run with my brother before he graduated and trying to beat my brothers’ times.
VYPE: Which teacher has made the biggest impact on you?
Jace: Coach Keith Florie for being a role model and getting me involved in track.
